We invest a lot of time and love into handcrafting your HairLoom accessories because your joy means the world to us!

1. Damaged During Shipping: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, rest assured, we've got your back! We'll assist you with a 6-month valid credit note. To kick-start this process, simply shoot us an email at hairloom23@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Don't forget to attach a photo and an unboxing video of the damaged product. We promise to make things right!

2. Exchanges: Due to hygiene precautions, we can't accept returns or exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange an unused and unopened product, send it back to our office. Just make sure to inform us within 7 days of delivery at hairloom23@gmail.com. You'll be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product and for the new one in exchange. We're here to make sure you're delighted with your HairLoom experience!

3. Assistance is Just an Email Away: We want you to be in AWW with our accessories! If you need any assistance or have questions, drop us an email. We're here to help and make your HairLoom experience as delightful as possible.

4. No Forced Returns, No Refunds: Please note that we do not accept forced returns, and our products are non-refundable. Your understanding on this matter is truly appreciated.
